LLR Partners has appointed David Siegel as director of its business development. He will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment and acquisition opportunities from Baltimore to Richmond. In his new role, Siegel will be based in Washington DC. He is joining the Philadelphia-based private equity firm from Ernst & Young, where he was a business development executive.
