Private equity investor, Nicolas Berggruen, is planning to list an acquisition vehicle on the London Stock Exchange to raise about £700 million, Financial Times reports. The vehicle, Justice, is seeking for acquisitions worth between £1-5 billion, including debt. Former U.K. financial services minister and fund manager, Paul Myners, may head Justice. The listing is being managed by Citigroup and Barclays Capital, adds Reuters.
