Invista Foundation Property Trust has hired Schroder Property Investment Management as its new portfolio manager, FundWeb reports. Schroders will assume responsibility for the portfolio from the start of October. In March, the trust’s board gave notice to ex-manager Invista Real Estate Investment Management after talks for a consortium including the fund, the Invista European Real Estate Trust and Duncan Owen, former CEO of Invista, to acquire IREIM collapsed. Separately, the firm has started merger talks with Picton Property Income.
