Alaska Fund Gets New Board Member

Governor Sean Parnell has appointed Carl Brady as a new member to the Alaska Permanent Fund’s board of trustees.

Governor Sean Parnell has appointed Carl Brady as a new member to the Alaska Permanent Fund’s board of trustees, Juneau Empire reports. In his new role, he will replace Nancy Blunck, whose four-year term ended last month.

Brady has previously twice served a four-year term on the board, once in 1991 and then in 2003. The board runs the management and investment of the $41 billion Alaska Permanent Fund and it’s over 30 Juneau employees.
