Swedish property company Wallenstam has purchased a portfolio of five commercial assets in downtown Gothenburg for a total of €64 million, PropertyEU reports. The assets were sold by Diligentia. Friskis & Svettis, Försäkringskassan and Zara are some of the chief tenants of the property. Ownership of the assets will be transferred on September 1. Catella served as adviser to Diligentia for the transaction.
