Russian brokerage Troika Dialog has appointed James Corrigan as managing director of investment banking, Financial News reports. He will handle debt and equity deals, merger and acquisition projects, capital markets as well as deal structuring and consultation for real estate companies.
Corrigan, who will report to head of investment banking Igor Sagiryan, previously worked with VTB Capital and Jones Lang LaSalle. Troika, which has been bought out by Sberbank, has also appointed Olga Klimov as global head of equity sales from UBS. He will also be a managing director.
