Guggenheim Partners is planning to launch a floating-rate senior loan exchange-traded fund (ETF), Index Universe reports. The money management firm has also filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the same.
The new fund, Guggenheim Enhanced Adjustable Rate Senior Loan ETF, will provide a dependable income to investors at a time when rates may rise. The fund will have around 80% of its assets invested in adjustable-rate senior secured loans and adjustable-rate revolving credit facilities.
