Start-up Australia has completed the sale of its stake in drug developer Bionomics, The Australian reports. The venture capital firm obtained a total of $34.2 million from the sale.
As a part of the deal, Start-up Australia sold 60 million shares to a range of domestic and international institutional and retail investors. Greenhill Caliburn was appointed in November 2010 to advise Bionomics through Start-up’s sell down.
