Skandia Investment Group (SIG) has converted its U.K-focused Equity Income fund to a global equity income fund and has awarded the mandate to O’Shaughnessy Asset Management (OSAM), Citywire reports. The £66 million portfolio, renamed to the Skandia Global Equity Income fund, will expand its remit from U.K. to global investment.
OSAM will target a yield of 150% of that of the MSCI AC World Index for the fund. The fund, which was previously a fund of funds run by Francois Zagame, will now be a single manager portfolio, adds Investment Week.
