Hargreaves Lansdown has expanded its Wealth 150 fund buy-list with the addition of the M&G U.K. Inflation Linked Corporate Bond fund, What Investment reports. The fund, which is managed by Jim Leaviss and Ben Lord, is not designed to offer the highest yield in the market, while it shelters capital more effectively than a high quality corporate bond fund.
The product, which has been added as a choice for investors concerned about falling gilt prices, recently acquired stakes in bonds issued by Channel Tunnel Rail Link and has also recently purchased a new issue from Bristol Water. The fund also has exposure to bonds issued by Tesco, Toyota and Nationwide Building Society.
