UBS has appointed Yusuf Nahmiyas as a managing director in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Reuters reports. Based in New York, he will work under Ehren Stenzler and Marc Hourihan. Most recently, Nahmiyas served at Deutsche Bank as a managing director in M&A in the media and telecommunications area. UBS also recently hired Tom Langford as global head of energy investment banking and Adam Frisch as co-head of the IT services banking business.
