CloudFlare has raised $20 million in venture capital funding. The investment round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA). The firm’s existing investors Venrock and Pelion Venture Partners also participated.
The web performance and security company intends to use the financing to build its world-class team and expand its infrastructure. Scott Sandell, general partner at NEA, has joined CloudFlare’s board of directors.
