Oklahoma To Invest In Int’l Small-Cap

The $9.5 billion Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System has appointed four managers to handle a new 3 percent allocation to international small-cap equities.

The $9.5 billion Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System has appointed four managers to handle a new 3 percent allocation to international small-cap equities, Pensions & Investments reports. The new managers are Advisory Research, Epoch Investment Partners, Wasatch Advisors and Wellington Management. The allocation will total between $250 million to $300 million and will be equally divided among the four managers

The funds come from the system’s 15 percent allocation for international equities. The remaining 12 percent will be equally split among existing value managers Causeway Capital Management, Brandes Investment Partners and Thornburg Investment Management.
