Former Congressman and Merrill Lynch banker, Harold Ford, is joining Morgan Stanley, Financial Times reports. Ford, who had joined Merrill in 2007, will be a senior client manager at Morgan Stanley. He will work under Greg Fleming, who now manages the bank’s investment-management unit, and Paul Taubman, co-president of the institutional securities division. Ford was vice chairman and senior policy adviser at Merrill Lynch for four years.
