Industrial products maker, Idex, is acquiring Albuquerque-based CVI Melles Griot for $400 million, Reuters reports. The company has been sold by Norwest Equity Partners.
CVI will operate within Idex’s health and science technologies segment. The acquisition will help expand Idex’s optics and photonics platform.
