Private equity firm Doran Capital Partners and investment bank Eurasia Capital are planning to unveil a new private equity fund to attract Korean institutional investors in Mongolia. The firms are seeking to raise about $100 million for the Korea Mongolia Resources Fund.
The vehicle will be managed by Doran along with Silk Road Management. Doran will act as the Korean office of Eurasia Capital in Seoul. The integrated team from both firms will provide advisory services to Korean corporations and institutional investors seeking a diverse range of investment and project opportunities in Mongolia.
