Wireless networking technology company Ubiquiti Networks along with its selling shareholders is seeking to raise around $200 million in an IPO.

Wireless networking technology company Ubiquiti Networks along with its selling shareholders is seeking to raise around $200 million in an IPO, The Wall Street Journal reports. Private equity firm Summit Partners is one of the shareholders holding a stake of around 36.5%. The proceeds will be used for working capital and other purposes. The company intends to list the shares on NASDAQ Global Market. UBS Investment Bank will serve as the lead underwriter on the offering, adds Renaissance Capital.
