Crescent Sells 24% Stake In Texas Offices

Crescent Real Estate Holdings has divested its stake in six Texas office properties for about $2 billion.

Crescent Real Estate Holdings has divested its stake in six Texas office properties for about $2 billion, Bloomberg reports. JPMorgan Asset Management is buying the 24 percent interest.

The deal has given the JPMorgan Chase & Co. division complete ownership of Houston Center and The Crescent office and retail complex in Dallas. Crescent is owned by a joint venture between Barclays Capital and Fort Worth–based Goff Capital.
