The National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (Nagdca) has elected Julia Durand as its president, Pensions & Investments reports. Durand, who succeeds Gay Lynn Bath, is administrator of the Pension2 Personal Wealth Plan, a group of three defined contribution plans in the California State Teachers’ Retirement System. Thomas Mueller, chairman of the $186 million Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts Deferred Compensation Plan, has been appointed vice president. Eric Sanderson, defined contribution plan manager for the $76.3 billion Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, will be the new secretary-treasurer.
