NYSE Euronext, EMC and VMware will provide direct access to NYSE’s services through cloud computing, The Wall Street Journal reports. The Capital Markets Community Platform will allow customers to use NYSE Technologies’ servers for tools, including historical market data and analytics.

The feature will aggregate exchanges, broker dealers and buy-side participants. Pico Quantitative Trading, a unit of Goldman Sachs, and hedge fund Millennium Partners have already signed up for the platform.
