Chilean healthcare company Cruz Blanca has issued shares worth $233.8 million in an initial public offering.

Chilean healthcare company Cruz Blanca has issued shares worth $233.8 million in an initial public offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. The company will use the proceeds for its growth plans. It has a $100 million investment plan through 2013. The shares were listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange. Celfin Capital, IM Trust and Bice Inversiones arranged the IPO, which also included a stock option program for company executives of up to 3% of all listed shares.
