Jupiter’s multi-manager team has pruned the cash weightings across its £6.8 billion Merlin range, FundWeb reports. The team, managed by John Chatfeild-Roberts, has cut the cash weighting on its income, balanced and growth portfolios. The cash allocation to its worldwide portfolio has been more than halved. The cash weighting on its £3.2 billion income portfolio has been lowered from 12.5% to 8.1% and £1.5 billion growth portfolio has been cut from 11.2% to 7.4%. The £1.2 billion balanced portfolio’s cash weightings have been reduced from 12.3 to 7.8%.
