Generali Properties Buys €110M CityLife Stake

Generali Properties is purchasing of a further 27.2% in the CityLife urban regeneration project in Milan for about €110 million.

Generali Properties is purchasing of a further 27.2% in the CityLife urban regeneration project in Milan for about €110 million, PropertyEU reports. The seller is insurance group Fondiaria Sai.

With the acquisition, the real estate unit of Generali will take complete control of the development project, with a total stake of 68.5%. The remaining 31.5% stake is owned by German insurance group Allianz.
