Vista Equity Partners has bought business management software company Sage Group’s U.S. healthcare division, Bloomberg reports. The transaction, likely to close in November, is valued at $320 million. Sage will incur a loss of up to $108.4 million through the sale and redistribute cash proceeds of $320 million to shareholders by buying back shares. The sale will help Sage concentrate on its other U.S. operations.
