Nashville technology startup EDO Interactive has raised $20 million in ‘Series B’ round of venture capital funding. The financing was co-led by Baird Venture Partners and VantagePoint Capital Partners; however, the company’s existing investors also participated in the fundraising process.
The advertising technology innovator will use the proceeds to hire sales, technology and analytics’ staff at its Nashville and Chicago offices. As part of the transaction, Baird’s Benedict Rocchio and VantagePoint’s Tom Bevilacqua will join EDO’s board of directors. William Blair & Company assisted EDO with the fundraising.
