Unibail-Rodamco has sold two French shopping centers to a consortium of investors, Reuters reports. The consortium, led by Grosvenor Fund Management, acquired the malls for about €148 million.
The shopping centers, located in Marseille and Chalons en Champagne, are leased to Carrefour hypermarkets. The purchase is part of Grosvenor’s €416 million portfolio acquisition of retail property across France and Sweden.
