Morgan Stanley has appointed Mark Rice as COO of its hedge fund services venture, Bloomberg reports. The fund services division provides accounting, financial reporting and other services to hedge funds. Most recently, Rice worked with portfolio management and accounting systems provider, Advent Software. He worked with Morgan Stanley for 20 years before launching Tamale Software in 2004.
