Atinum Partners is setting up a joint venture with Oklahoma-based oil and natural gas company SandRidge Energy. The Korean private investment group will pay about $500 million as part of the agreement. It will pay $250 million in cash and the remaining in the form of a drilling carry. On the transaction, SandRidge was advised by Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company and Vinson & Elkins, while Atinum was represented by Barclays Capital and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
