ILFC Secures $2B Credit Line

International Lease Finance Corporation a unit of AIG, has received a new revolving credit facility.

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a unit of AIG, has received a new revolving credit facility. The $2 billion three-year loan was provided by a syndicate of 11 banks.

The aircraft leasing company had appointed Citigroup, JP Morgan and Bank of America as the lead arrangers and book runners for the deal. The proceeds from the loan will improve the companies’ liquidity position and credit profile.
