Morgan Properties Trust is looking to raise up to $800 million through an initial public offering, Reuters reports. The company will list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley will be the underwriters for the IPO. The Pennsylvania-based company will use the proceeds to repay debt and for other purposes, adds The Wall Street Journal.
