Banco de Occidente To Raise $161M

Banco de Occidente will raise $161 million through a note sale.

Banco de Occidente will raise $161 million through a note sale, Bloomberg reports. The California-based bank will sell three-year securities linked to the IBR interbank rate.

The bank will also sell three- and five-year fixed-rate bonds and five-, seven- and 10-year debt linked to inflation. Serfinco is manager for the offering.
