Inergy Midstream is looking to raise about $300 million through an initial public offering of its common units, Reuters reports. The company will utilize the proceeds from the offering to pay back outstanding debts. The storage and transportation unit of propane distributor Inergy will trade its shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital will be underwriters for the deal.
