Deutsche Bank’s exchange-traded funds (ETF) platform, db X-trackers, has rolled out an ETF providing investors exposure to the global listed real estate market, IFA Online reports. The FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate ETF will track the performance of real estate investment trusts and listed property companies around the world. The fund, which has been listed on the London Stock Exchange, takes a market cap-weighted FTSE index as its underlying. The company’s existing product range includes the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Eurozone Real Estate ETF and the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Real Estate ETF.
