Deutsche Bank will sell its German headquarters for around $835 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The lender’s asset-management unit, DWS Investments’ closed-end real-estate funds will acquire the buildings.
The Frankfurt-based bank will continue to use its headquarters on a long-term basis as a rental client, adds RTT News. The bank had paid about $378 million for the property in 2007.
