In the second quarter, the octogenarian activist investor’s portfolio gained 4.9 percent, bringing its gain for the first six months to 10.5 percent.
The performance results were reported in a new regulatory filing from Icahn Enterprises and Icahn Enterprises Holdings, Icahn’s publicly traded holding companies.
