Marcopolo
Marcopolo is a Brazilian bus body manufacturer, headquartered in Caxias do Sul. The company, founded in 1949, makes coach, intercity, city and micro buses and is a global leader in mass transportation solutions. Its other businesses include Volare, a minibus manufacturer, and Moneo, a bank that handles investment portfolios and loans so that clients can buy Marcopolo buses. Initially called Nicola & Cia., Marcopolo has manufacturing facilities across five continents, with vehicles on the roads of more than 100 countries.
