Two Sigma Closes a New Impact Fund

The firm believes there is a link between job quality, worker satisfaction, and financial returns.

Two Sigma has closed on a new fund.

The quant giant raised $677 million for Two Sigma Impact, its first impact fund, according to a firm announcement.

Two Sigma said in the announcement that its investment thesis is that “good jobs make better companies, especially in services businesses, where workers effectively are the product — and are key to customer service delivery.”
